Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Cloudfy Systems LLP, all cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms and conditions specified in the official proposal or quotation provided to the customer at the time of each transaction. As we deal with a variety of OEM products and services, the cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the nature of the offering and the respective OEM policies.
Customers are requested to refer to the specific proposal or quote issued for their purchase to understand the applicable terms.
General Policy Guidelines:
- Once the software licenses or cloud services have been provisioned, no cancellations or refunds shall be applicable.
- For subscription-based or recurring services (excluding software licensing), the client must notify us at least 30 days in advance prior to the start of the next billing cycle to initiate cancellation.
- Any exceptions, if applicable, are clearly mentioned in the individual proposal or offer.
