Welcome to Cloudfy Systems LLP (“Cloudfy”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, services, products, subscriptions, or platforms, you (“Customer”, “Client”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Scope of Services
Cloudfy Systems LLP provides cloud solutions, SaaS subscriptions, productivity tools, IT consulting, licensing, implementation, migration, and managed support services.
Our services may include but are not limited to:
- Cloud productivity solutions
- Email & collaboration platforms
- SaaS subscriptions
- Security & compliance tools
- Digital infrastructure services
- Technical support & consulting
Services are delivered based on mutually agreed proposals, orders, invoices, or contracts.
2. Payments & Billing
2.1 Payment Methods
Payments may be made via:
- Online Payment Gateway
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
- Bank Transfer
- Approved Payment Links / Portals
All payments must be made in favor of Cloudfy Systems LLP unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Invoicing
- Invoices are generated as per agreed billing cycles.
- Payment due dates will be mentioned on invoices.
- Customers must clear payments within the specified timeline.
2.3 Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may result in:
- Service suspension
- Account restriction
- Re-activation charges
- Additional penalties (if applicable)
Cloudfy reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.
3. Subscription Plans & Renewals
3.1 Subscription Types
Depending on the product, subscriptions may be:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annual
- Multi-year
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled in writing, subscriptions may auto-renew based on the active plan.
3.3 Plan Modifications
Upgrades or downgrades may affect billing and commitment. Certain annual plans may not allow mid-term downgrades.
4. Cancellation & Discontinuation
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to:
support@trafficdigital.in - Requests must be submitted before the 25th of the preceding month (unless otherwise stated).
- Late requests may result in the next billing cycle being charged.
- No refunds are applicable for partial usage unless explicitly mentioned.
5. Support & Technical Assistance
5.1 Standard Support
Cloudfy provides assistance related to:
- Billing
- Provisioning
- Licensing
- Basic troubleshooting
- Account coordination
5.2 Third-Party Support
For products provided by third-party vendors (Google, Microsoft, Zoho, etc.):
- Primary technical support is handled by the respective vendor.
- Cloudfy may assist in coordination but does not guarantee resolution.
5.3 Turnaround Time (TAT)
Standard resolution time: 24–48 business hours, depending on complexity.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Maintain accurate account information
- Secure login credentials
- Comply with vendor policies
- Perform domain verification where required
- Manage end-user accounts responsibly
Cloudfy is not responsible for losses caused by customer misconfiguration or misuse.
7. Domain & Account Setup
- Domain verification and admin setup are primarily the customer’s responsibility.
- Setup assistance can be provided on request at additional charges.
- Delays caused due to incomplete customer actions are not Cloudfy’s liability.
8. Third-Party Products & Services
Cloudfy acts as a reseller/partner for various SaaS and cloud providers.
All third-party services are governed by their respective terms, including:
- Usage policies
- Data policies
- Service availability
- SLA commitments
Customers agree to comply with vendor policies in addition to Cloudfy’s terms.
9. Service Suspension & Termination
Cloudfy may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are overdue
- Terms are violated
- Legal requirements arise
- Fraudulent activity is detected
Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
10. Data & Privacy
- Customer data is handled as per applicable data protection laws.
- Cloudfy does not access customer data without authorization.
- Data privacy is subject to vendor policies and Cloudfy’s Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cloudfy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the concerned service period.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, documents, and materials belong to Cloudfy Systems LLP unless stated otherwise.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse company content without written permission.
13. Legal Action & Recovery
In case of non-payment:
- Services may be suspended after notice
- Legal recovery proceedings may be initiated
- Customers shall bear legal expenses and damages
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to Agra Jurisdiction only.
15. Changes to Terms
Cloudfy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Revised terms will be published on our website. Continued usage implies acceptance.
16. Force Majeure
Cloudfy shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Network failures
- Vendor outages
- Cyber incidents
