Agra 1-3 yearsFull-time3-4 Lacs Annum
About the Role
The Vendor Partnership Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of Cloudfy Systems' OEM and vendor ecosystem, managing end-to-end relationships with key technology partners such as Google, Microsoft, and cybersecurity vendors. Sitting within the Sales department, this role ensures that Cloudfy's partner certifications, deal registrations, and pricing configurations are always current and competitive — directly enabling the sales team to quote and close faster. As Cloudfy scales its B2B footprint across India, this role is critical to maintaining margin integrity, partner compliance, and a well-oiled Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) engine.
What you'll do
- Own and manage day-to-day relationships with OEM and technology vendors including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity partners — tracking deal registrations, partner tiers, incentives, and renewal timelines.
- Monitor, renew, and maintain all vendor certifications and partnership accreditations (e.g., Google Cloud Partner, Microsoft CSP) to ensure Cloudfy remains compliant and eligible for partner program benefits.
- Maintain and continuously update Cloudfy's CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) system with accurate vendor pricing, promotional rates, and product catalog changes to enable the sales team to generate precise, competitive quotes.
- Source and benchmark pricing from vendor portals and distributors, negotiate best available rates, and coordinate with the finance and sales teams to protect and improve gross margins on cloud and SaaS deals.
- Track and report on vendor program KPIs, MDF (Market Development Funds) utilization, co-sell opportunities, and rebate claims — flagging risks and opportunities to the sales leadership team proactively.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in vendor operations, channel partnerships, or sales operations within an IT reseller, cloud distributor, or SaaS company in India.
- Hands-on experience working with partner portals such as Google Partner Advantage, Microsoft Partner Center, or similar OEM/vendor platforms.
- Familiarity with CPQ tools or CRM-integrated quoting systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce CPQ, or similar) and ability to manage product catalogs and pricing rules.
- Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS licensing models including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity products relevant to the Indian SMB and enterprise market.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with the ability to track multiple vendor timelines, certification deadlines, and pricing changes simultaneously without missing critical renewals.
