We handle all room types — 2-to-4 person huddle rooms, 4-to-8 person small meeting rooms, 10-to-20 person large conference rooms, executive boardrooms, training rooms and auditoriums with 50+ capacity. Each room design is custom-planned based on room dimensions, acoustics, lighting and the number of participants.
A standard huddle room or small meeting room setup takes 1–3 business days from equipment delivery. A full boardroom with structured cabling and multi-screen installation takes 5–10 business days. Multi-room campus projects are quoted with a detailed project timeline after the site survey.
Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) covering remote troubleshooting, on-site support visits, hardware replacement and UC software renewal management. One support number handles everything — software, hardware and network connectivity for the room.
